Quinton Macari, co-founder of Studio Nine 13, is a media veteran with more than twenty years of experience in the industry. Better known by his Bond-like nickname, Q has been an editor for everything from episodic television, network TV, and feature films, to corporate marketing videos.
Back in his freshman year of high school, Q joined a senior mass communications class and fell in love with making music videos. Fast-forward a couple of decades, and Q has helped produce three feature films - The Summoning, The Sacred, and his newest accomplishment A Time for Every Purpose. He was also First Assistant Director on The Pistol, an official selection at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019. He's worked with The Daily Buzz, a nationally syndicated morning news and entertainment show and as a director for the first season of the Entrepreneur magazine TV show.
Q has also established himself as the video and social media content creator behind some of the biggest brands you know and love. So far, he's produced for brands like Coke, US Bank, Yelp, Chick-Fil-A, Palo Alto Networks, Nurse Blake (and the increasingly popular nursing conference, NurseCon at Sea), and more. And his portfolio just keeps growing.
