Sephardic World

Sephardic World is a series of weekly meetings on Sephardic history, culture and genealogy hosted by the <a href="https://www.sephardic.world/" target="_blank">Sephardic Genealogical Society</a>. We hope you can help with the costs of providing this service, even in a small way, as we are not subsidized. We are also seeking funds to enable us to manage the digitization of archives that remain in hard copy and to place them in the public domain. We also to want to index and integrate existing archives to tell the story of the world’s first globalized community. It should be possible to trace family histories through Church and Inquisition archives, then state and synagogue archives, to people living today. A large number of Inquisition documents remain unread for hundreds of years, while some Jewish congregational records are difficult to access. Free
